Position Responsibilities:
Demonstrates superior customer service at all times and a genuine desire to help patients.
Warmly greets and facilitates a 5-star patient experience.
Maintains an active presence at the Front Desk. Ensures all phone lines are answered promptly, with enthusiasm, and correctly triaged. Check in patients and collect monies for services rendered.
Coordinates the office schedule to ensure the day runs smoothly and all patients are taken care of in a timely manner.
Ensures patient concerns are resolved in a professional manner and reported to the administrative office.
Manages all office supplies, including submitting orders to the office manager when supplies are running low
