Key Responsibilities:
Respond to rental inquiries via phone, email, and text
List and market assigned rental properties; update listings as needed
Manage the full leasing process—from showing to signed lease
Collect applications and required documents from prospects
Conduct property showings and provide detailed info about homes and neighborhoods
Coordinate and complete move-in processes and inspections using company tools
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, owners, and internal teams
Qualifications:
Active Texas Real Estate License (required)
High school diploma or equivalent
Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
Sales-driven with excellent communication skills
Comfortable working independently and managing your own time
Must have: reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, smartphone, and laptop
