We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) to join our healthcare team. As a CNA, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care to our residents/patients, promoting their well-being, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist residents/patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff.
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
Take and record vital signs accurately.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient care activities and observations.
Help residents with mobility, transferring, and positioning to promote independence and prevent complications.
Nutritional Support:
Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding residents who require assistance.
Monitor and report changes in residents' dietary habits or intake.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with the nursing and healthcare team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Qualifications:
Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Licensed from an accredited program.
Current CPR certification.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
