We’re looking for a Lead AI Business Consultant to bridge the gap between business strategy and AI innovation. In this highly visible role, you’ll shape how AI creates value across the enterprise, working closely with business leaders, data science teams, and external partners. You’ll anticipate challenges, drive adoption of emerging AI solutions, and ensure that our investments in AI deliver measurable business impact.
Essential Duties:
- Serve as the AI technical SME between business units, portfolio partners, and AI/ML teams.
- Drive customer awareness of the AI portfolio clearly explaining AI capabilities and demonstrating how they can address client needs, improve efficiency, reduce costs, and drive growth.
- Share the art of the possible to close the gap between AI tech and business needs.
- Advise with a consultative approach, developing a deep understanding of customer pain points and offering customized AI solutions.
- Contribute to AI team portfolio management.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI for efficiency, growth, and customer value.
- Support and occasionally lead cross-functional AI initiatives from concept to delivery.
- Partner to translate technical AI concepts into clear business outcomes for senior leaders.
- Ensure AI initiatives meet regulatory, ethical, and operational requirements.
- Represent the company in external AI forums and industry collaborations.
- Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork.
- Support and comply with the company’s Quality Management System policies and procedures.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field; or High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 4+ years of relevant as outlined in the essential duties in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree.
- 8+ years in business relationship management, strategy, or technology leadership.
- 3+ years working with AI/ML initiatives.
- Strong working knowledge in AI capabilities, trends, and responsible AI practices.
- Demonstrated ability leading large-scale, cross-functional projects with measurable impact.
- Strong communication and executive influence skills—you can make complex AI concepts accessible and actionable.
- Ability to anticipate business challenges and recommend forward-thinking AI solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.
