Customer Service & Sales:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner that reflects our company values.
Build trust through attentive, knowledgeable, and honest interactions.
Identify customer needs and recommend products that fit their preferences and lifestyle.
Demonstrate product features and benefits to help customers make informed decisions.
Accurately process sales transactions and follow up on post-sale satisfaction.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain a thorough understanding of current appliance models, brands, and features.
Stay informed about new product launches, promotions, and industry trends.
Explain warranties, financing, and installation options clearly to customers.
Meet or exceed personal sales goals and contribute to store performance.
Promote special sales, events, and new product releases.
Track and review individual sales metrics for continuous improvement.
Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays on the sales floor.
Assist in merchandising and product placement to optimize customer experience.
Work cooperatively with other sales associates, managers, and support staff.
Share best practices and contribute to a positive, motivated team culture.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
Previous retail sales experience preferred, ideally in appliances, electronics, or home goods
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to learn quickly and maintain detailed product knowledge.
Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer tools.
Must be able to lift 25–50 lbs. occasionally and work weekends or holidays as needed.
