Ocean Management, is a fast-growing property management company specializing in HOAs and multifamily communities across NJ. We are taking over management of a 200-unit community in Trenton and are seeking a dedicated, experienced Property Manager to lead the on-site team. This role requires a strong leader with expertise in property management, customer service, and conflict resolution. The ideal candidate will ensure that all properties operate efficiently while maintaining high standards of tenant satisfaction and compliance with relevant regulations.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of a 200-unit multifamily property (3 buildings).
Supervise leasing, maintenance, and janitorial staff.
Handle resident relations, complaints, and retention.
Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and reporting.
Ensure compliance with NJ landlord-tenant laws and housing regulations.
Coordinate leasing efforts with the Leasing Agent.
Provide monthly reports to ownership.
Qualifications:
3+ years of multifamily property management experience (100+ units).
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Familiarity with AppFolio software
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
