We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Pastry and Bakery Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and creativity in crafting pastries, bread, and desserts that delight our guests. You’ll work closely with our kitchen team to ensure high-quality production, presentation, and consistency in every item.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, bake, and finish a wide variety of pastries, breads, and desserts
Decorate pastries and desserts using a range of techniques and styles
Ensure all food items meet quality, presentation, and portion standards
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations
Package and display baked goods attractively for service or sale
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new and seasonal pastry items
Provide friendly, professional customer service when interacting with clients
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Pastry Cook or Baker
Strong knowledge of baking and pastry-making techniques
Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Proficiency in pastry decorating (preferred)
Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
