Responsibilities:

• Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring excellence in food preparation, presentation, and service
• Develop and design innovative, seasonal menus that reflect current culinary trends and accommodate diverse dietary needs
• Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock tracking, and waste minimization
• Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, fostering teamwork, training, and professional growth
• Maintain strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations
• Collaborate closely with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during daily operations and events
• Plan and execute catering services for special events, banquets, and private functions
• Monitor food production processes to ensure consistency in flavor, presentation, and portioning
• Implement cost-control measures while maintaining the highest quality standards

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar leadership role within the culinary industry
• Strong background in fine dining, restaurant, or catering environments
• Expertise in menu planning, food production, and kitchen management
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team
• In-depth knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety standards
• Experience in inventory management and cost control preferred
