Rayne Water of San Jose is looking for a part time Office Assistant, a hard-working focused individual who is goal oriented, self-motivated, and driven to succeed. Responsibilities Include but limited to:
Answering phones handling customer inquiries and issues
Keeping the office clean, organized and fully stocked with office supplies
Support office manager and assistant with office activities and Customer Service support
Qualifications:
Customer Service Experience
Works well independently, as well as with others, able to multitask and learn quickly.
Strong Communication, organizational and time management skills
Proper written, interpersonal, and oral communication skills
Knows basics in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Detail-oriented and strong work ethic
