Be the right hand to our property management team. We’re hiring a reliable, professional Assistant to Property Manager to handle property walk-throughs, inspections, and day-to-day operational support that keeps our portfolio running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
Conduct welcome walk-throughs and annual inspections
Pick up mail (Regus, USPS) and manage certified mail
Set up for events and assist with on-site logistics
Perform vacant property checks and utility bill payments
Open SUPRA lockboxes as an unlicensed assistant with ABoR
Keep a well-organized schedule and accurate documentation
What We’re Looking For:
Professional appearance and communication style
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Organized and comfortable working independently
Reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed)
Comfortable with basic tech (calendar apps, photos, email)
Property management or real estate experience a plus
