The Cook will be responsible for preparing food in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, our established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the Dietetic Services Director and/or Assistant Dietetic Services Director, to ensure that quality food service is provided at all times.
Qualifications:
Must possess, at a minimum, a 10th-grade education.
Must have, at a minimum (1) year of dietary experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing care facility, or other related medical facility.
Training in cost control, food management, and diet therapy.
