• Maintain HR records, support audits and background checks, and oversee visa/immigration coordination

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Irving, TX. The HR Manager will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and leadership for all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, data analysis, payroll, staffing, staff management, and managing processes.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of talent acquisition and maintain staffing levels
• Conduct data analysis to inform HR decisions and strategies
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
• Oversee staff management and foster a positive work environment
• Develop and implement efficient process management strategies

Salary

The salary for this position ranges from $2500 - $3000 monthly.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR role
• Valid work visa
• Knowledge of IT Software / Services
• W2-Permanent status
