What you will do:

• Greet and welcome customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner.
• Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and personalized attention.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Have a deep knowledge of the store's collection, including materials, gemstones & designs
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandise displays and showcases.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Keep track of inventory levels and assist in inventory management, including restocking.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new product releases, and competitors' offerings.
• Provide customers with information on jewelry care, maintenance, and cleaning techniques.
• Conduct follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote sales events, new collections, and special offers.
• Utilize CRM & customer databases to keep accurate customer records and track customer preferences.
• Stay knowledgeable about the company's policies, warranties, and after-sales services.
• Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create appealing displays and window showcases.

What you bring to the table:

• 1-2 years of experience in the retail industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in using MS office especially Excel & other CRM tools
• Availability to work evenings & weekends
• Genuine interest towards understanding customer needs
• Thirst for learning & growing within the organization
