We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Retail Sales / Office Assistant to join Rio Medical Supplies. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing daily office operations, and supporting retail sales of medical equipment and supplies. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Bilingual abilities are a plus.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or higher
Strong computer literacy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
Familiarity with Digital Marketing, QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
Experience or knowledge in medical equipment and medical supplies sales is preferred but not required
Bilingual abilities are advantageous but not required
