Verizon Sales Representative Responsibilities:
Work independently serving customers directly with confidence and accountability
Identify and implement sales solutions to customer challenges and overall needs
Partner with Account Managers to improve customer satisfaction and enhance profitability
Represent our brand with professionalism, ensuring positive customer interactions that drive sales
Assist customers with placing new orders or upgrading existing products and services
Handle sensitive customer data, including payment and contact information, with confidentiality
Provide front-line support: answer questions, resolve issues, and share current offers and promotions
Adapt quickly to updates and process changes
Build strong, lasting relationships with customers based on trust and reliability
Deliver accurate, detailed information using provided resources and training
Requirements:
0–1 years of customer service or sales support experience
High school diploma or GED preferred
Strong time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced setting
Self-motivated and dependable with strong problem-solving skills
Active listener with the ability to adapt communication to diverse individuals
Quick to learn product and company knowledge
Desire to grow into leadership or advanced customer management roles
