Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients.
• Utilize clienteling technology to track interactions, analyze opportunities, and drive sales growth.
• Actively listen to clients' needs and deliver personalized, luxury shopping experiences.
• Serve as a go-to resource within the boutique for product knowledge, selling techniques, and technology use.
• Support daily store activities such as morning huddles and product trainings.
• Share relevant business insights and brand updates to ensure team alignment and client focus.
• Take initiative to drive both brand and personal business goals through an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Master the details of merchandise, services, loyalty programs, and in-store systems.
• Stay informed and passionate about new arrivals, key collections, and luxury trends.
• Work a schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications:

• You have 1–2+ years of experience in luxury sales and/or personal styling (preferred).
• You love building relationships, learning about others, and delivering exceptional service.
• You are resourceful, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to team success.
• You adapt quickly to change and feel comfortable using new technology.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to talk, hear, and use hands frequently; color vision is required.
• Capable of standing or walking for extended periods; occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs.).
• Comfortable using handheld devices, POS systems, and other store technologies.
• Occasionally may be required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or climb ladders.
