Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Managing front office operations, ensuring a smooth flow of daily activities
• Performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
• Handling telecalling duties, providing excellent customer service
• Coordinating with various departments on a Corp-Corp basis

Salary

The salary for this position is competitive, ranging from $14 to $15 per hour, commensurate with experience and skills.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• A valid work visa
• Experience in the Trade - Retail / Wholesale industry is a plus

• Strong data entry skills, with a focus on accuracy and speed
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive customer experience
