We are looking for a reliable and friendly Convenience Store Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with customers, can handle multiple tasks, and helps keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked. This role is essential to providing a fast, welcoming, and positive experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service

• Operate the cash register accurately (cash, card, and digital payments)

• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays as needed

• Keep the store clean and organized (sweeping, wiping counters, trash removal)

• Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to management

• Check product dates and remove expired items

• Follow store policies, safety rules, and security procedures

• Handle customer questions or concerns professionally

• Assist with opening and/or closing duties when scheduled

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)

• Strong communication and basic math skills

• Dependable, punctual, and responsible

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate items

• Team-oriented with a positive attitud
