Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 1–3 years of experience to support the design, development, and delivery of scalable business solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, stakeholder communication, and working alongside cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA, and other stakeholders to define and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
Assist in the design and improvement of business processes and system workflows.
Facilitate meetings, conduct stakeholder interviews, and support workshops to capture business needs.
Develop and maintain documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and use cases.
Support testing activities by creating test plans, test cases, and validating solutions against requirements.
Help ensure solutions align with business goals and are scalable, user-friendly, and efficient.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies.
Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Development, QA, DevOps) to support solution delivery and post-deployment validation.
