Job Overview

Magnus Technologies Solutions Inc is seeking a highly skilled QA Analyst to join our dynamic team in New York, NY. This is a hybrid role allowing you to work from home with some in-person requirements. You'll have the chance to work with cutting-edge technology in an industry-leading IT software and services company. Our ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of quality assurance, ASP .Net, C Sharp, web services, Android, and Java.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Developing, implementing, and maintaining test processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
• Monitoring debugging process results
• Investigating the causes of non-conforming software and training users to implement solutions
• Tracking quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts

Salary

The salary for this full-time position is $100 - $120 monthly. We offer a competitive benefits package, which will be discussed during the interview process.

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will have 0-5 years of experience in QA/Testing, and a valid work visa. You should have a strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Skills

• ASP .Net: Extensive knowledge of developing web applications using ASP .Net.
• C SHARP: Proficiency in C# programming with a good understanding of its ecosystems.
• Web Services: Ability to design and implement SOAP and RESTful web services.
• Android: Proficient in Android platform and its behaviour.
• Java: Good understanding of the Java programming language.
• Quality Assurance: Proven experience in software quality assurance and ability to design clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
