•Experience: 5 years preferred; training can be provided if needed

•Hours: 60 hours per week

•Pay: $13–$15 per hour

•Shift: 1:00 AM – 11:00 AM (1-hour break)

Panning Team (4 Positions)

•Hours: 40 hours per week

•Pay: $12–$13 per hour

•Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1-hour break)

Sandwich & Sauces (2 Positions)

•Hours: 40 hours per week

•Pay: $12 per hour

•Shift: 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM (1-hour break)

Cakers (4 Positions)

•Hours: 40 hours per week

•Pay: $13–$16 per hour

Busboy (1 Position)

•Hours: 11:00 AM – Close

•Pay: $8–$10 per hour

Front / Barista / POS (10 Positions)

Shifts:

•First Shift: 5:00 AM – 12:00 PM

•Second Shift: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

•Pay: $10–$12 per hour

Job Overview

CAfe Bakery is looking for a highly skilled and passionate Pastry Chef to join our team in Roanoke, TX. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for contract and temporary work. Weekend availability is required.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Creating and preparing a variety of pastries, cakes, and other sweet goods
• Maintaining and cleaning the bakery area
• Ensuring all goods are made to the highest quality

Salary

This position offers an hourly wage of $10 - $15, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• 0-5 years of experience in a professional bakery or kitchen environment
• Valid work visa, US citizen, Green Card, EAD / TN, H4
• Culinary education or equivalent experience preferred

Skills

• Strong baking and pastry skills
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
