Store Sales Associates Required For Telecom Company Jobs in Metro by T-Mobile Philadelphia, PA

WE are looking for young and energetic people who can work for Metro by T-Mobile stores in multiple locations in Central Philadelphia. People who have previous experience with local cellphone industry sales are preferred, otherwise freshers can also apply. 

You will be trained before you hit the sales floor and salaries will be direct deposit to your bank account on a weekly basis. Weekly commissions are also a part of your incentives. 

We operate 7 days a week and this is a performance based job. 

Candidates who have their own cars is an added advantage.

Job Overview

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Handle accounts receivable and ensure accurate financial records.
• Manage the front desk, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist in the cooking and preparation of food in the store's café.
• Assist with all retail operations, including inventory management and merchandising.

Salary

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $13 - $15, which will be determined based on experience and qualifications. This full-time position also includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 0-5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Valid work visa, US Citizen, Green Card, EAD / TN, F1, or F2.
• Previous experience in the telecom/ISP industry is a plus.

• Excellent sales skills, with a focus on customer-centric selling.
• Strong financial services skills, with an emphasis on handling accounts receivable.
• Outstanding customer service skills, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
• Ability to multitask and manage the front desk efficiently.
