Job Overview

Perfume World, a leading name in the retail and wholesale trade, is currently seeking a passionate and dynamic Store Manager to join our team in Durham, NC. This is a full-time Contract to Hire position, offering a competitive salary range of $3200 - $4500 per hour.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a professional store front.
• Manage accounts receivable and ensure financial targets are met.
• Oversee all front desk operations and maintain a positive store environment.
• Prepare and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Manage store staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.

Salary

The salary for this role ranges from $3200 - $4500 per hour.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience in retail, customer service, or related field.
• Valid work visa for the United States.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience in accounts receivable or similar role.

Skills

• Decision Making: Ability to make strategic decisions that benefit the store and company.
• Multitasking: Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under a fast-paced environment.
• Cooking: Having basic cooking skills for in-store demonstrations.
• Cash Handling: Experience in cash handling and maintaining accurate cash records.
