We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support daily retail warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory handling, order fulfillment, and accurate data entry, with strong computer skills—especially Microsoft Excel—to maintain inventory records and reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming merchandise

• Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for retail stores or customers

• Maintain accurate inventory records using Excel spreadsheets

• Update stock movements, shortages, and damages in the system

• Coordinate with retail, sales, and accounting teams for stock reconciliation

• Handle returns, exchanges, and restocking as required

• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper labeling

equired Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional education preferred)

• Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel

  • Data entry

  • Inventory tracking

  • Basic formulas (SUM, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP preferred)

• Basic knowledge of inventory control and warehouse processes

• Ability to handle physical work (lifting, standing, moving stock)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced retail environment
