Job Description:
- Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication, and finally, a friendly demeanor.
- Demonstration of organization and managing people’s requests in a timely manner.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools like Outlook and Excel.
- Prior work with any accounting software (Quikbooks, etc) would be helpful.
- Good understanding of basic business documentation like invoice, Bill of lading, packing list etc.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist logistics team in managing shipments by coordinating with 3rd party warehousing service provider, shipping/trucking providers and customer logistics processes like order routing etc. as required.
- Respond to office phone calls and emails that are sent to customer care email.
- Supervise cleaning staff, and any ancillary service providers
- Manage office supplies, printers and desks are well stocked and maintained regularly.
- Manage petty cash.
- Manage incoming and outgoing parcels.
- Basic accounting entries in the accounting system as instructed.
