Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office/Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good organizational abilities, and a willingness to learn daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks
Manage phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
Maintain records, files, and documentation
Assist with scheduling, reports, and general office coordination
Support management and team with routine operational tasks
Perform basic data entry and follow company procedures
Requirements:
Prior admin/office experience preferred (not mandatory)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)
Ability to multitask and work independently
Must be punctual and professional
