Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent / Night Auditor to join our hotel team. This role combines guest service responsibilities with night audit duties to ensure smooth hotel operations and accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Greet, check in, and check out guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Handle reservations, switchboard operations, and guest inquiries
• Reconcile all hotel cashier transactions during night audit
• Review, organize, and compile daily management reports accurately and on time
• Ensure accuracy of guest billing and city ledger transactions
• Communicate concerns or operational issues to management
• Provide excellent customer service and assist guests as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area

Requirements:

• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and flexible shifts
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Basic computer skills required
• Basic mathematics skills required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred (not required)

Additional Information:

• Two weeks of paid training provided
• Work schedule ranges from 36 to 72 hours per week
