Job Description:

Mobile Phone Solutions is a leading phone repair shop and phone accessories retailer. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Phone Repair Technician and Sales Associate.

Responsibilities:

•Repair and troubleshoot a wide variety of mobile devices including smartphones and tablets.

•Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their repair needs.

•Upsell phone accessories and other related products to customers.

•Keep the store clean and organized.

•Maintain inventory and order new parts as needed.

Qualifications:

•Proven experience as a phone repair technician (Preferred).

•Strong knowledge of mobile device hardware and software.

•Excellent customer service skills.

•Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

•Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

•High school diploma or equivalent.
