Job duties include:
Human Resources Functions
•Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
•Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
•Implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
•Support performance management and appraisal systems.
•Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions professionally.
•Coordinate training and development initiatives.
•Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
•Prepare HR reports for management and provide HR metrics when required.
Administrative Functions
•Oversee general office operations (facilities, supplies, maintenance, etc.).
•Manage correspondence, filing systems, and administrative documentation.
•Coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
•Support procurement of office equipment and services.
•Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security procedures in the workplace.
Qualifications & Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
•0–2 years of experience in HR and administration (depending on role level).
•Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); HR software experience preferred.
•Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
•High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
