Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test solutions built on the Pega platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective and efficient software delivery.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and maintenance.
• Provide technical support and maintenance for existing applications.

Salary

The salary for this position ranges from $87,000 to $117,000 annually, commensurate with experience and skill level.

Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in IT Software or a related field.
• Experience with Pega development is highly desirable.

• Strong knowledge of Pega platform and ability to build effective solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
