We are currently seeking a dedicated Office Assistant for our office located in Syosset, NY. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative and office tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This position is available both part-time and full time, with remuneration ranging from $12.5 to $15 per hour. Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide front office support, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
• Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with office administration tasks such as filing, printing, and telecalling.
• Conduct web searches as required and provide customer service support.

Salary

The salary for this position ranges from $12.5 to $15 per hour, payable in cash. The exact salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in a similar role and should be eligible for Optional Practical Training (OPT). Prior experience in the Aviation & Aerospace industry is a plus but not a requirement.
