Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our hotel team as a General Helper / Front Desk. This is a versatile role that includes supporting various departments including housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance, and front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily housekeeping tasks such as cleaning guest rooms, hallways, and common areas.

• Support minor maintenance or upkeep tasks around the property as needed.

• Provide help in the hotel’s kitchen, including basic food prep, dishwashing, and maintaining cleanliness.

• Greet guests, answer phone calls, and assist with front desk check-in/check-out duties.

• Ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hospitality across all areas.

• Handle guest requests promptly and professionally.

• Assist in setting up breakfast area or guest amenities if required.

Requirements:

• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, and walking for long periods.

• Good communication skills and friendly personality.

• Willingness to assist in different departments based on the hotel's needs.

• Prior hotel or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.

• Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
