Looking for Accounting Manager- Bookkeeper  / Finance Officer / Controller  / Payroll Coordinator / Expense Auditor / Data Analyst / Negotiator

• Build & maintain P&L, cash-flow, and forecasting models Approve large wires, duties, and show budgets Margin optimization across product lines  Coordinate with CPA & banks Present monthly financial dashboard to you
• Daily accounting supervision  Close books monthly Oversee AP/AR and reconcile multi-currency accounts, Approve reimbursements, card spend, and payroll. Manage audits and inventory valuation
• Reconcile vendor invoices vs. purchase orders
• File corporate, state, sales-tax returns Structure entity (LLC / C-Corp / Trust) optimization. Handle multi-state & international reporting
• under Standing utilizing AI

Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our Heera Moti Inc team in New York, NY. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of financial management principles and the ability to communicate complex financial information in an understandable manner.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department including payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and cash forecasting
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
• Coordinate and complete annual audits

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a Financial Manager
• Advanced degree in Accounting
• CPA or CMA preferred
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures

Skills

• Proficiency in Accounting software
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity
