Position Summary:
The Executive Assistant - Sales and Client Management, will be responsible for supporting the management to successfully execute strategic investor relations and client service initiatives in an organized, concise fashion. The candidate must become a specialist in both the firm's organizational structure as well as its products and strategies. The assistant will be responsible for coordinating and collaborating with multiple leads, interacting with all levels of the organization. The successful candidate must be organized, proactive, detail-oriented, have a strong ability to problem solve & multi-task and be a team player.
Responsibilities:
• Make Calls to prospective leads to convert them from cold to warm leads
• Schedule conference calls, meetings and presentations by processing the leads through the funnel
• Assist in the execution of key investor relations and client service initiatives
• Coordinate across multiple groups within the firm to ensure consistent, proactive, timely, professional and accurate investor interactions
• Source and summarize detailed investor data to create personalized, thoughtful materials for strategic investor meetings
• Articulately communicate with key internal stakeholders in a knowledgeable, clear and professional fashion
• Manage and distribute monthly update materials
• Respond to RFPs from prospective investors, consultants, etc.
• Prepare and manage marketing materials, including pitchbooks, conference presentation materials, regulatory filings, etc.
• Update variety of monthly performance and statistics spreadsheets
• Handle other duties, as needed
Required Skills:
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: Investor relations, business development, client service, marketing. Knowledge of fintech and healthcare
• Bachelor’s Degree/ Specialization in Business, Accounting, Finance, and/or a related field
• Experience working with Financial Models and knowledge on producing Financial reports;
• Analytic and strategic thinker with the ability to assess complex situations, make effective recommendations and oversee projects through completion
• Team player who demonstrates a commitment to shared success above any personal accomplishment or recognition
• Self-starter with the ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively in a fast paced, global environment
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle pressure effectively to successfully manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously while maintaining the highest standards of work product and adhering to stringent deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
• Experience with CRM & other client servicing tools
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a clear ability to effectively coordinate with a wide variety of professionals at all levels and departments within and outside of the organization
• Ideal candidate should be able/ willing to travel domestically.
