About the Role: (Analyst - Sales)

Location - Preferably near Westlake Village area as it is 5 days on-site (9:30 AM to 5:30 PM)

Airlift USA Inc., a growing international freight forwarding company, is hiring a motivated Sales Analyst to join our team in Westlake Village, CA. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in logistics and sales.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls and send marketing emails to generate new business leads

• Learn and adapt to Market Intelligence tools for market research and gathering information on potential leads

• Introduce Airlift’s services to potential customers

• Follow up on leads and maintain client communication

• Assist in preparing quotes and proposals

• Support senior sales staff with daily tasks and client coordination

• Learn and understand the logistics industry and Airlift’s service offerings

• Having prior experience with CRM and Analytical tools including Excel, Power BI / Tableau or is willing to learn new technologies and tools

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or related industries (preferred, not necessary)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

• Must be Fluent In English

• Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
