We’re a fast-growing, multi-brand startup in the lifestyle and consumer goods space, looking for a social media manager who can bring creativity, structure, and strategy to our digital presence.
You’ll manage the social channels for two exciting brands—one in premium consumer products and another in luxury lifestyle and hospitality—crafting distinct voices while maintaining a unified standard of excellence.
Content Strategy & Creation
Develop and execute a social media strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and growth across all channels.
Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with business priorities.
Create compelling visual and written content (posts, reels, stories, campaigns) that reflects each brand’s tone and aesthetic.
Collaborate with internal teams, photographers, and designers to produce high-quality, on-brand content.
Community Engagement
Manage daily posting, responses, and brand interactions across platforms.
Build authentic relationships with followers, influencers, and partners.
Monitor social trends and conversations to keep the brand relevant and responsive.
Performance & Insights
Track key metrics (reach, engagement, growth, conversions) and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
Use analytics to test, refine, and optimize content and posting strategies.
Stay ahead of platform updates, tools, and emerging digital trends.
Campaigns & Events
Support brand campaigns, product launches, and experiential events with creative content planning and live coverage.
Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate social strategy with marketing, PR, and sales efforts.
3–5 years of experience managing social media for lifestyle, fashion, or consumer brands.
Strong understanding of digital storytelling and visual branding.
Skilled in Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Meta Business Suite; Canva or Adobe tools a plus.
Excellent writing and editing skills; ability to switch tones between luxury and startup energy.
Data-driven, organized, and creative — with a proactive, ownership mindset.
