Job Title: Materials Support Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Materials Support Coordinator to manage daily incoming parts kits and ensure the smooth flow of materials to our stockroom and production teams. This role is essential in keeping jobs on schedule and maintaining accurate inventory movement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and sort daily incoming parts kits from FedEx and UPS
• Organize kits according to job numbers and deliver them to the stockroom
• Work closely with the shortages team to identify missing parts and help resolve discrepancies
• Maintain orderly material handling and ensure items are properly logged
• Support general stockroom and production material needs as required

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school diploma
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Basic computer skills preferred

Salary Range: 28 to 30 dollars per hour.
