Job Description – Studio Upkeep & Management Coordinator (Onsite)
Location: Onsite (Studio Location – New Jersey)
Reports To: Operations Manager / Founder
Role Summary
The Studio Upkeep & Management Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the studio
environment, ensuring readiness for live selling sessions, walk-ins etc. This role manages studio
organization, product setup, sample handling, equipment care, and supports the founder during
live shows (pre and post)
Key Responsibilities
Studio Upkeep & Readiness
? Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment at all times.
? Set up the studio for walk-ins and live sessions (lighting, cleanliness, mirrors etc.).
? Manage studio inventory, props, packaging material, and accessories.
Product Handling
? Organize jewelry samples for video calls, live sessions and walk-ins
? Tag, label, and display products according to brand standards.
? Assist with product placement, styling, and transitions during live shows.
? Track which pieces have been purchased and update records.
Coordination & Logistics
? Work closely with the Inventory Manager to collect, return, and record items.
? Maintain a weekly studio calendar for walk-ins and lives.
? Coordinate with vendors for minor repairs or improvements in the studio.
Health, Safety & Hygiene
? Follow safety standards for handling jewelry and equipment.
? Ensure secure storage of all products after live shows.
? Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards for a luxury brand environment.
Basic Requirements
? 1–3 years of experience in studio coordination or operations support (preferred).
? Strong organization and time management skills.
? Familiarity with basic photography/video equipment (training provided if needed).
? Good communication and teamwork skills.
? Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
? Attention to detail with a strong sense of visual presentation.
Nice to Have
? Experience in studios related to fashion, jewelry, or content creation.
? Understanding product styling or visual merchandising.
? Basic knowledge of lighting and product display techniques.
