Looking for Front Desk Agent:

We have an immediate job opening for Front Desk Agent. We need an couple or single individual who perform duties as required. Accommodation is provided on-premises. Individual must speak fluent english and have computer knowledge. We will provide training if necessary. Person must be willing to relocate to Seaside Heights, NJ for work. Our peak season is from May-Sept. Remaining of the year it's off-season and less guests travel to the town.  

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Check in and out guest.  Taking calls for the reservation.
• Resolve any guests' issues professionally.
• Ensure that employees are, at all times, attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests agents and other employees
• Inspect rooms after housekeeping to insure rooms are cleaned properly.
• Hire housekeeping and extra staff as required.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
• Prepare daily financial report.
• Review Front office log book and Guest feedback forms on a daily basis

Job Overview

We are currently seeking a passionate, customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at Sea Palace Motel in Seaside Heights, NJ. This is a Full-time position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, operations analysis and computer knowledge within Hotels/Restaurants industry.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
• Perform data entry tasks and manage guest reservations.
• Assist with cooking and housekeeping duties as needed.
• Analyze operations and suggest improvements to enhance guest experience.

Salary

The compensation for this Full-Time position ranges from $2300 - $2600 per month. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in a similar role within the Hotel/Motel. Management will train if no experience in Hotel/Motel industry.

• Sales: Ability to upsell hotel services and amenities to guests.
• Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Operations Analysis: Ability to analyze hotel operations and suggest improvements.
