Role Overview: We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to serve as the liaison between our company and our retail partners. You will visit retail stores daily, manage stock levels, and acquire new retail accounts to increase sales volume.
Key Responsibilities:
Beat Management: Visit a set number of retail outlets (15-20) daily, following the assigned route plan.
Order Taking: Check current stock, take purchase orders, and encourage restocking of fast-moving SKUs.
New Acquisition: Identify and onboard new shops/retailers in the assigned territory.
Visual Merchandising: Ensure our products are displayed prominently on shelves, and point-of-sale materials (posters/standees) are visible.
Collections: Ensure timely payment collection from retailers and reconcile accounts.
Market Intel: Report on competitor activity, pricing changes, and market trends.
Requirements:
Experience: 1-3 years in field sales or retail sales (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
Mobility: Must own a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using a smartphone for reporting and order management apps.
Language: Fluent in Telugu, Tamil, and basic proficiency in English.
